E-learning in HSE
The future of e-learning looks bright for health, safety and environmental (HSE) training. Here are some statistics cited by eLearning Industry :
- Companies who utilise e-learning tools and strategies have the potential to boost productivity by up to 50%; and for every $1 the company spends it is estimated it can receive $30 worth of productivity in return.
- E-learning has the ability to increase information retention rates by up to 60%. This means that not only is e-learning more cost-efficient, but more cost-effective as well (in terms of how much knowledge is acquired during the learning process).
